Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sale of products offered on the website thisisfebe.com.

Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.

Products

The products offered consist of lingerie pieces, corsets, and accessories, produced in small batches or made to measure.

The customer acknowledges having read the essential characteristics of the products before placing any order.

The products are handcrafted. Fabric prints may vary from the illustrative photos shown. If you have specific preferences regarding the exact appearance of the products, please contact us.

Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT included).

Shipping costs are specified before the order is confirmed.

Febe reserves the right to modify its prices at any time while guaranteeing the price applied at the moment of the order.

Orders

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been accepted.

Febe reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a previous dispute with the customer.

Payment

Payment is secure and processed through the Snipcart platform.

Accepted payment methods are indicated during the checkout process.

Production and Lead Times

Some products are made to measure or produced upon order.

Production times for made-to-measure pieces are between 20 and 30 business days.

Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Unless otherwise stated, the order will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 days from order confirmation.

In the event of a delay, the customer may request cancellation of the sale under the conditions provided by law.

The transfer of risk occurs when the customer, or a third party designated by them, physically takes possession of the parcel.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by email to: febe.clients@gmail.com.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • made-to-measure products
  • personalized products
  • unsealed items for hygiene reasons (particularly lingerie)
  • Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only if:

  • the product has not been worn
  • has not been washed
  • is in perfect condition
  • is returned in its original packaging

Any damaged, used, or incomplete product will not be refunded.

The customer is responsible for any depreciation in value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are issued within 14 days from receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment.

Made-to-Measure Products

Made-to-measure or personalized products:

  • cannot be exchanged or refunded
  • are produced based on the information provided by the customer

The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the measurements provided.

The customer benefits from the following legal guarantees:

  • Legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code)
  • Guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code)

The consumer has a period of two years from delivery of the goods to act under the legal guarantee of conformity.

Liability

Febe shall not be held liable for:

improper use of the product damage resulting from use that does not comply with instructions

These provisions do not limit the consumer’s legal rights.

Dispute Mediation

In accordance with regulations, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge in order to seek an amicable resolution to a dispute.

The mediator’s contact details will be provided upon request.

Applicable Law

These GTCS are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
